Planning a catered event? Find answers to common questions about Armadillo Willy's BBQ catering, including menu options, delivery, ordering deadlines, vegetarian choices, setup services, and catering for groups and events.
Armadillo Willy's offers buffet-style BBQ catering packages with your choice of 1, 2, 3, or 4 meats plus 3 sides. We also offer a BBQ Sandwich Buffet, Baked Potato Bar, vegetarian selections, and bulk ordering for groups that prefer to build their own menu. Per-person catering packages require a minimum headcount of 10.
Catering meat selections include Real Texas BBQ Ribs, 18-Hour Texas Brisket, East Texas Pulled Pork, Baby Back Loin Ribs, Pit-Smoked Boneless Chicken Thighs, Lone Star BBQ Chicken, Salt & Pepper Turkey Breast, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, Andouille Sausage, and Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steak. Premium meat selections may have an additional per-person charge.
Our catering and bulk menus include favorites such as White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Garlic Parmesan Mac & Cheese, mashed potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, pinto beans, potato salad, Spicy Peanut Slaw, Texas Corn Salad, salads, green beans, kettle chips, chips and salsa, and cornbread muffins with housemade cinnamon-honey butter. Available selections can vary depending on the catering package or bulk order you choose.
Online catering orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance. If your event is less than 4 days away, call our Catering Team at (800) 585-7427 to see if we can accommodate your event. Delivery availability may also be limited on high-demand dates.
Yes. Catering orders of $300 or more qualify for free delivery within 15 miles. Orders delivered farther than 15 miles may have an additional delivery charge.
Yes. Vegetarian options include Portobello Mushroom Caps and Boca Patties, with options for cheese, buns, and condiments. Vegan BBQ Meatballs and Vegan BBQ Meatball Sandwiches are also available through the catering menu.
Setup items are available for catering orders with a minimum headcount of 15. The Complete Catering Box includes a tablecloth, plates, napkins, wipes, forks, knives, spoons, tongs, and serving spoons. You can also select individual setup items or choose not to receive setups.
Yes. Armadillo Willy's offers bulk ordering for customers who want to build their own meal. Options include ribs by the slab and brisket, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, tri-tip, and sausages by the pound, along with bulk sides, salads, cornbread, desserts, drinks, and other extras. Many meats sold by the pound are portioned to serve approximately 2–4 people per pound, depending on the selection.
Additional services, including chafer setups, service, and bussing packages, may be available. These services are subject to availability, so contact the Catering Team to confirm availability for your event date and time. Standard catering orders are set up buffet-style, and chafers are not automatically included.
Yes. The online Catering Request form lets you choose either Receive a Quote or Place an Order. If you request a quote, it will be emailed to you, but it does not place an order or reserve your event. You'll need to contact the Catering Department if you decide to proceed.
