Please Read Before Placing Your Order:

Online orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance. If less than 4 days, please call the catering department at (650) 469-1291. While we do need 4 days for our on-line orders, we CAN accommodate last minute events. Please contact our Catering Representatives at 1-800-585-RIBS.
Entree must be the same for all guests in your party.
Your order must be for 25 people or more.
All orders are setup buffet style.

You will receive a pre-confirmation e-mail upon successful transmission of your order.
If you do not receive a pre-confirmation e-mail, contact Willy's Catering at 1-800-585-RIBS.

Your order is not considered confirmed until we have a signed contract. You will receive a contract via e-mail from an Armadillo Willy's Catering Representative.

Armadillo Willy's will provide the above referenced food, beverage, and service. You may raise or lower this number and we will adjust the price, up until 72 hours before your scheduled event or by noon on Wednesday before a Saturday or Sunday event. In case of cancellation with less than 72 hours notice (or by noon Wednesday for a weekend job), I understand that I will be responsible for a charge equal to 50% of the total contract price.
