Please Read Before Placing Your Order:

• Online orders must be placed at least one week in advance. If less than 7 days, please call the catering department at (650) 469-1291.
• Entree must be the same for all guests in your party.
• Your order must be for 25 people or more.
• All orders are setup buffet style.
• Please review your order carefully before you press "Submit".
• You will receive a pre-confirmation e-mail upon successful transmission of your order.
  If you do not receive a pre-confirmation e-mail, contact Willy's Catering at 1-800-585-RIBS.
• You will receive a copy of your order in your pre-confirmation e-mail, no need to print before you press "Submit".
• Your order is not considered confirmed until you hear back from an Armadillo Willy's Catering Representative.
• Please give at least 72 hours for changes to your menu order or guest count. For changes on weekend orders, please let us know by Wednesday 12:00pm.

Prices above are for groups of 25-500 and include a red & white paper tablecloth, paper plates, heavy duty plasticware, napkins, our now famous moist towelettes, salt & pepper shakers, and serving utensils. For groups of 501 to 10,000, please call.

Armadillo Willy's will provide the above referenced food, beverage, and service. You may raise or lower this number and we will adjust the price, up until 72 hours before your scheduled event or by noon on Wednesday before a Saturday or Sunday event. In case of cancellation with less than 72 hours notice (or by noon Wednesday for a weekend job), I understand that I will be responsible for a charge equal to 50% of the total contract price.
